1) Asta Court in Plymouth near the Willow Creek area. This wonderful home is 2700 sq. ft. on 30 beautiful oak studded acres. This property is one that most people dream of. The house was only 5 years old and well appointed with Granite counter tops and tile through out. It is conveniently located in Plymouth not far from Highway 16, so a short distance to Sacramento.


2) Fiddletown Road. This beautiful 40 acres with a pond and an adorable 2400 sq. ft. house, is private and with great views of the property. It is prime for horses and cows and is all fenced. The family can run around this property and never hear a neighbor. It also had a large garage/shop area.
3) Curran Rd. This is 10 acres of great soon to be "horse" property. It has very level flat terrain and is located conveniently close to Lake Comanche for recreation. The buyers of this property are in the process of making this their dream horse ranch.
4) Broadway in downtown Jackson. This property was purchased by a local contractor as a "fixer upper", through me. He did an awesome job of upgrading the house with an all new kitchen, windows, landscaping, central heat and air and much, much more. I later put it back on the market and sold it for him and it sold right away. He is now looking for another project to do.
5) N. Main St. in Jackson. This house was purchased through me originally and resold through me a yearly later. It is a wonderful home that had previously been completely remodeled inside and out. It has great views of Jackson and you could walk to the Bonanza Restaurant.
